Ravichandran Ashwin has been named the Men’s player for the month of February by the ICC thanks to his stunning performances against England. Ashwin went onto take nine wickets in the second Test match in Chennai which also included a century at his home ground. He went onto take 24 wickets in the whole series at an impressive average of 24. He was also adjudged the man of the series.

These are the only cricketers who had registered a double of picking 30 wickets and scoring a hundred runs in a series.
