WATCH – Sachin Tendulkar Pranks Medical Staff While Undergoing Covid-19 Test
A Covid-19 test quite easy and painless can still give jitters to someone undergoing one. However, to make it look easy and at the same time pull a fast one on the medical staff is the stuff of legends. One such prank was demonstrated by former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who is currently in Raipur with the India Legends squad for the ongoing Road Safety World Series, decided to make a lighter note of it.
Ahead of their match against England Legends on Tuesday, Tendulkar shared a video of him undergoing a mandatory Covid-19 test on his official Instagram account. In the video, the batting legend can be seen making a noise as the medical staff collects his nasal swab sample. While the India Legends skipper’s leaves the medical staff surprised, the batting maestro tries to ease down the situation by saying “Tension aapko hai ya mujhe hai (Are you stressed or me)?,” revealing he was acting and bursts into laughter.
“I’ve played 200 Tests and 277 COVID Tests! A little prank to lighten the mood,” Tendulkar captioned the video on the photo-video sharing platform. “Kudos to our medical staff here for helping us to play for a cause!,” he added.
